Here’s some great new recipe ideas

‘MAKE IT TASTE EVEN BETTER’

HOMEMADE BURGER

Take 1lb of mince beef, add half a finely chopped onion, a handful of breadcrumbs and an egg. Mix together with 2 tablespoons of Pacino’s Pantry Sweet Chilli Sauce and shape into 4 quarter pounder burgers. Perfect to make any barbeque better!

HOMEMADE CHIPS

Cut some large potatoes into chips, drizzle with Pacinos Pantry Olive Oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Cook in the oven until golden brown, turning once. They make the perfect accompaniment to our burger.

BRUSCHETTA

Take one Italian style ciabatta bread, cut in half and spread on some Pacino’s Pantry Really Good Ketchup. Add some sliced tomato and sprinkle with basil and oregano. Top with fresh mozzarella and toast until golden brown.

GOATS CHEESE SALAD

Slice some goat’s cheese and slightly melt under a grill, serve on top of a mixed salad of rocket, baby spinach, cherry tomato and mango with a drizzle of Pacino’s Pantry Salad Dressing.
